Hot transfer
The transfer is applied onto tyres to advertise the customer brand, for aesthetical or promotionals aims. It is an ally of style for personalizing the vehicle look and highlighting the brand image. This decoration can be applied onto the tyre sidewall both by the hot system and by the cold one.
The hot transfer consists in the image “thermofusion” got by a press adjusted with specific parameters in terms of time, temperature and pressure. This process gives the opportunity to decorate with the automatic roll to roll machine or with the manual one: in both cases, the image is permanent and resistant to use
Cold transfer
The so called “cold transfer” has a special chemical composition permitting the application onto tyres by a manual pressure. This kind of decoration has been created to get a versatile and quick labeling, mainly used in tracks without any machines.
